Although we always try to be on time, there might be occasions beyond our control when a small delay can occur. Please allow a five-minute margin, and if your transfer has not arrived by then, please call the toll-free line (+420) 800 870 888 or the Prague phone (+420) 222 554 211. If you call from abroad, dial the country code +420 before the phone number.
For shuttle service, unlike for private transfers, where we pick you up on time, we cannot guarantee an exact time. The maximum waiting time for transportation from the airport to the centre of Prague is 30 minutes, and the transfer time may take up to one hour. Regarding transportation to the airport, we guarantee a pick-up time of +/- 15 minutes and a maximum transfer time to the airport of one hour from the pick-up time.
Due to the nature of shared transport, which can take longer to travel than our private transport, we strongly advise that you book your pickup time at least 3 hours before your flight departure time.
Shuttle from/to Prague Airport can be ordered any time, but at least two hours in advance and a maximum of 12 months before your travel date.
Call us, email us at [email protected], or book online on our website.
Our shuttles run during the most time of the day. For early morning or late night times, there might be only a private transfer option. Please check the availability on our website.

This is usually due to a problem with your spam filter. Please check your spam folder, as this often seems to solve the problem. Please also check if you entered your e-mail address correctly. If this does not help, please get in touch with us again, and we will send you a new confirmation e-mail.
Infants and children do count as one person. Under Czech law and for your safety, we must use baby seats for infants and children (aged 0 months to 8 years). We strongly recommend informing us (tick the baby seat option on the booking form) when booking. Children’s seats are provided free of charge.
When paying the driver by cash or card, please pay once you arrive at the hotel (in case you are booking a return trip, pay for each journey separately). Once you have paid, you will automatically receive a receipt in your email.

Yes, you can. You are also welcome to pay online using your credit or debit card. It is much more comfortable for other passengers travelling by the same shuttle bus, as they must wait for your transaction to be accepted, even if it takes less than two minutes.
Your driver will be informed and collect you at the new time at no extra charge.
No. All of our vehicles are strictly non-smoking. But there is always time to have a cigarette before boarding your shuttle.
Our driver will hold a very clear orange card with our company logo and the lead passenger’s name printed on it. Click here for more information and photos.
Yes. If we cannot supply the promised service, or the service does not meet our terms and conditions, you will receive your money back or compensation. If you can’t find your driver, please get in touch with us ASAP to resolve the situation.
If you are happy with the service, it is customary to tip the driver about 10%. However, our shared shuttle service is low-cost transport, and drivers understand that fact, so tips are not widely expected – instead, it is entirely at your discretion.
Yes, once paid, the tax receipt is sent to your email.
If you carry extra-large luggage, please inform us in advance or book a private transfer instead, as we may have to send a larger car.
